🕐 How long does setup take?

Setup usually takes 2–5 hours depending on tent size and terrain.
We always finish before your florist or stylist arrives.

📦 What’s included?

Every rental includes the stretch tent, ambient lighting, full setup and takedown, flooring is optional.
All executed by our in-house team—no outsourcing.

🪑 Do you offer furniture and sound?

Yes. We offer curated tables, chairs, and speaker systems as add-ons.
You can cherry-pick what you need or request a full styling package.

🎨 Can you coordinate with my stylist?

Absolutely. We love working alongside styling teams and florists.
Or if needed, we can lead styling ourselves.

📆 Do you support multi-day weddings?

Yes! We adjust setup and pickup times to match multi-day formats and after-parties.

📍 Can you visit the venue in advance?

Yes—on request. Site visits help ensure optimal tent placement and avoid surprises.

🛡️ Are you insured?

Fully. We’re covered for public liability, worker safety, and gear.

📅 How far in advance should we book?

4–6 months is ideal, but we’ve pulled off miracles with much less.
